Minimums

 The minimum order amount for all orders is $150.

Payment

 Payment is required before shipment.

Payment may be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover), debit card, and Paypal.

You card information will not be kept on file.

Shipping

 Free shipping for all US and Canada orders.

All prints are processed and shipped within 15 business days.

All items are shipped via USPS or FedEx to the United States or Canada. For USPS, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery after processing. For FedEx, please allow 1-6 business days for delivery after processing. In all cases a tracking number will be provided.

For Canadian shipping, please note that the recipient is responsible for paying any importation duties or fees.

 You will sell a minimum of 35% of your order in the first 60 days or you can send everything back for a refund, no questions asked!

Cancels & Returns

 Because our turnaround is typically quite fast, we ask that order cancellations or changes be made within one business day of order placement.

Missing, damaged, or defective items must be reported within 10 calendar days of shipment received. Replacements or refunds will be offered on a case-by-case basis, to be agreed upon by Retailer and Seven Seas Illustration.
